RNA干扰机制及在水产生物中的应用

摘要:
RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是一种转录后基因沉默(post transcriptional gene silencing,PTGS)现象。内源性或外源性的双链RNA (Double-stranded RNA , dsRNA) 导入细胞后引起与其序列同源的特异基因mRNA降解,从而导致转录后基因沉默。因其具有特异、高效等优点,被广泛用于阻断各种基因的表达,具有广阔的应用前景。本文就RNAi干扰机理、制备及应用研究进行了综述。

Mechanism and Application of RNA Interference in Aquatic Animals

Abstract:
RNA interference (RNAi) is a kind of post-transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS) phenomenon, which can specifically degrades its homologous mRNA in cell by external or internal double-stranded RNA (dsRNA), result in the corresponding gene silencing and obtain the aim of stopping the gene expression. Because of its advantages such as being efficient and specific, RNAi provided methods for intracellular gene expression research and will be used widely in the future. The mechanism, application, and preparation of siRNA were reviewed.
