摘要:

文章介绍了近年来国内外生物样品中克林霉素检测方法的最新研究进展，并比较详细地介绍其高效液相色谱和液相色谱质谱的检测方法，包括样品的前处理、仪器方法以及各方法间的比较。为今后克林霉素的研究提供参考。

Abstract:

The latest researches about determination of clindamycin in biological were summarized in the paper. The high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography with mass spectrum methods detection clindamycin were described in detail, and the sample pre-processing, instrument condition, as well as the differences among methods were compared. The aim of the review is to offer reference for the further research of clindamycin.
