建立癸氧喹酯预混剂的含量测定的方法。采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(85:15:1)为流动相,检测波长为265nm。理论板数按癸氧喹酯峰计算不低于1500。经试验,癸氧喹酯在10~250μg / ml范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=54.535X+10.231 г=1.000 (n=5) ,平均回收率为100.4%、100.3%、100.6%(n=3)。本方法具操作简便、快速、准确可靠等特点,适用于该药品生产的质量控制。 |

Abstract: |
To establish a method for the determination of decoquinate Premix. HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column was used.The mobile was the mixture of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(85:15:1).The UV detection wavelength was 265nm. The number of theoretical plates according to the decoquinate peak is not less than 1500.The standard curve was linear over the range of 10~250μg/ml with the correlation coefficient of r=1.000(n=5),The regression equation is Y=54.535X+10.231.The average recovery was 100.4%、100.3%、100.6%(n=3). The methond appeared to be sample,quickly and accurate ,applicable to the product quality control. |
