| 摘要：测定复方聚维酮碘凝胶中氢化可的松含量。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)，以C18(4.6mm×250 mm，5μm)为色谱柱，以乙腈-甲醇-醋酸铵(20:45:35)为流动相，流速为1mL/min，检测波长为240nm，柱温为37℃。结果显示: 对照品氢化可的松溶液浓度在0.024 3-0.121 5mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3)，回收率为96.06%，相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.45%。试验表明，采用高效液相色谱法在测定复方聚维酮碘凝胶中氢化可的松的含量时灵敏、快速、准确，可作为该复方制剂的质量控制或检验分析。 |

| Determination of Hydrocortisone in Compound Povidone Iodine Gel by HPLC |

| Abstract: To detect the quantity contained in hydrocortisone of Compound Povidone Iodine Gel. Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), C18(4.6mm×250 mm，5μm) as chromatography column, with mobile phase consisting of Acetonitrile: Methanol: Ammonium acetate (20:45:35). The detection wavelength was 240nm and the flow rate was 1mL/min at 37℃of the column temperature. The result shows that there is a good linear relationship with the range of 0.024 3-0.121 5mg/mL hydrocortisone is mg/mL (r=0.999 3), and the recovery rate is 94.08% with a Relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.45%. The test indicates that the method of HPLC in Compound Povidone Iodine Gel is sensitive, rapid and accurate for detecting the hydrocortisone, and it can be used for the quality control or test analysis of this compound preparation. |
