The mold belongs to the fungus of micro organism Much of the toxin that produced in its metabolism process have antibacterial,antiprotozoan and anti-fungus’ ability.The mold has much more harm and destructive power in the antibiotic fermentation.This article summarizes the harm and characteristic of the mold in the process of antibiotic ferments,and the ways to prevent it effectively. |
