摘要:

霉菌属于微生物中真菌的一类，它在代谢过程中产生的毒素许多具有抗菌、抗原虫和抗真菌的能力，对抗生素发酵具有非常大的危害和破坏力。本文综述了霉菌对抗生素发酵的危害和特性，以及在抗生素发酵中对于霉菌如何进行有效的防治处理。

Abstract:

The mold belongs to the fungus of micro organism Much of the toxin that produced in its metabolism process have antibacterial，antiprotozoan and anti-fungus’ ability．The mold has much more harm and destructive power in the antibiotic fermentation．This article summarizes the harm and characteristic of the mold in the process of antibiotic ferments，and the ways to prevent it effectively．
