| 本文对国内外猪流感(SI)疫苗研究的现状进行了全面综述，详尽地阐述了常规疫苗、减毒疫苗、亚单位疫苗、 DNA疫苗、病毒活载体疫苗在激发体液免疫、细胞免疫、交叉保护以及避免母源抗体干扰和区分野毒感染等方面的研究进展,以期找到最佳控制猪流感的疫苗及免疫方案，为进一步研究猪流感疫苗提供参考。 |

| Abstract: In this article we reviewed the current state of swine influenza (SI ) vaccine. We detailed research development on humoral immunity, cell immunity, avoiding maternal antibody and differentiating from field virus of swine influenza vaccines, including conventional vaccine, attenuated vaccine, subunit vaccine, DNA vaccine , live vaccine based on virus vector, so that we would attain the best vaccine and vaccination scheme to control swine influenza (SI ) and give some references to the research of swine influenza (SI ) vaccine. |
