建立了环丙氨嗪含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Phenomenex Prodigy C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm, 5m),甲醇:乙腈:缓冲液(每1000 ml水中加3.72 g磷酸氢二钾和6.48 g磷酸二氢钾)=5:2:93为流动相,流速为2.0 ml/min,检测波长214 nm,柱温20℃。该方法线性范围为0.00799~0.01229 mg/ml,r=0.99,系统精密度RSD=0.25% (n=6),平均回收率为99.2%(RSD=0.82%),可用于环丙氨嗪的含量测定。 |

Abstract: |
The HPLC method was established for the determination of cyromazine. A chromatographic column of Phenomenex Prodigy C18(250×4.6 mm, 5 m) was used, with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-buffer solution (5:2:93) (every 1000 ml water add 3.72 g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 6.48g potassium dihydrogen) at the folw rate of 2.0 mLmin-1 and the detection wavelength of 214nm. The linear concentration was within the range of 0.00799~0.01229 mg/ml(r=0.99), RSD of system precision was 0.25% (n=6), and the average recovery was 99.2%(RSD=0.82%). This method was suitable to determine the content of cyromazine. |
