在酸性条件下,Fe3+与SCN-生成红色络合物,在452 nm波长处,铁的质量浓度在10~100 μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,回归方程为A =0.0944c + 0.1356,相关系数为0.9979。对右旋糖酐铁注射液进行了测定,结果满意。 |

Abstract: |
In the acidic conditions, Fe3+and SCN- can make the red complex. The linear relationship holds between the absorptivity and the concentration of the iron in the rang of 10-100 μg/ml at 452 nm. And the regression equation is A =0.0944c + 0.1356 with the correlation to be 0.9979. The proposed method was applied to determine the iron dextran injection with satisfactory results. |
