用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定亚硒酸钠维生素E注射液中亚硒酸钠含量。该方法通过测定样品中硒元素的浓度计算亚硒酸钠含量。经实验,该方法在5.00 μg/mL~40.00 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99957,模拟样品的平均回收率为97.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.6%(n=6)。本法操作简便易行,精密度高,准确性好,可用于控制亚硒酸钠维生素E注射液中亚硒酸钠的含量。 |

Abstract: |
An indirect flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric(FAAS) method was introduced for determining sodium selenite in sodium selenite and vitamin E injection. The concentration of selenite was assayed to work out the concentration of sodium selenite in samples. The calibration curve for selenite was linear over the range of 5.00 μg/mL~40.00 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.99957. The average recovery by imitate sample was 97.8%, and RSD was 4.6%(n=6). The method is simple, rapid and reliable for the determination of sodium selenite in sodium selenite and vitamin E injection. |
