| 米尔贝肟是一种新型的半合成大环内酯类驱虫药，对体内外寄生虫均具有驱杀作用，是人们公认的具有广谱、高效、安全的驱虫药，特别是对一些伊维菌素敏感的犬相对更为安全。本文对其产生，理化性质，作用机理，临床应用，安全性及其常见的联合用药进行了综述。 |

| Milbemycin oxime is a new kind of semisynthesis macrocylic lactone anthelminthic, which is effective against endo- and ectoparasites, and has a well-known broad spectrum with outstanding efficicacy and safety, it is especially safe to the dogs that are sensitive to ivermectin. The paper made a review of its physico-chemical property, mechanism of action, clinical application, safety and drug combination. |
