菌痢消颗粒薄层色谱研究

摘要:

菌痢消颗粒是由黄连、诃子、苦参等中药制成的纯中药制剂，具有清热燥湿，泻火解毒，涩肠止泻之功效，在对本品的质量标准研究中，重点进行了薄层色谱研究，选择了多种展开系统进行比较，研究结果显示，采用《中国兽药典》收载方法及展开系统对本方中黄连、诃子、苦参进行薄层色谱鉴别，结果清晰，方法可行。对本方中甘草和白头翁也采用多种展开系统进行薄层色谱鉴别，结果斑点分离不开，且有拖尾现象，标准中拟不收载该两味药材的薄层鉴别。

Abstract:

Junlixiao granule was made-up by rhizoma coptidis, fructus chebulae, radix sophorae flavescentis and so on.It was deprive the evil wetness, purging fire for removing toxin and check diarrhea.In the research of quality standard, we selected different development systems to study the thin-layer chromatography. The result show that, rhizoma coptidis, fructus chebulae, radix sophorae flavescentis were clear and feasible by the method in the Pharmacopeia of Chinese Veterinary Drugs.But that was vague in TLC of radix glycytthizae and radix pulsatillae. The quality standard dose not record TLC of these two drugs.
