| 采用醋酸甲羟孕酮原位凝胶植入剂（MPA-PLA）进行动物体内实验，考察醋酸甲羟孕酮原位凝胶植入剂（MPA-PLA）对小鼠生育作用繁殖率的影响和对大鼠血清中雌二醇（E2）和人促黄体生成激素（LH）激素浓度水平的影响。结果表明MPA-PLA能显著延长避孕时间,具有长效抗生育作用。 |

| To estimating the Sustained Release efficiency of in situ gel implants containing Medroxy progesterone acetate and investigate effection of reproduction rate in mice and detect the level of E2 and LH in serum of rats .The results show that MPA-PLA could significantly prolong the anti-birth duration ,suggest that MPA-PLA has long-term anti-fertility effeet. |
