应用改良大肠杆菌凝集试验对禽霍乱、大肠杆菌病蜂胶二联灭活疫苗中大肠杆菌的凝集抗体消长规律监测表明:3天的抗体效价为2-3Log2的抗体,5天达到6Log2以上,30天达到高峰8.5-9.5Log2,6个月仍可达到6Log2。3批成品监测结果基本一致,表明禽霍乱、大肠杆菌病蜂胶二联灭活疫苗生产工艺已相当成熟,完全适合工厂化大规模生产。 |

Abstract: |
Applying improved micro-agglutination test ,we inspected the colibacillosis
agglutinating antibodies level of avian cholera and colibacillosis propolis inactivated vaccine ,which indicated that the third day antibody titer was 2-3Log2 , the fifths day antibody titer was up of 6Log2, the thirtieth day antibody titer was 8.5-9.5Log2, the sixth month antibody titer was 6Log2. The monitoring three batches of finished products is basically the same results ,that indicatedA production process of avian pasteurella multocida and colibacillosis inactivated vaccine in propolis emulsion is quite mature,which is entirely suitable for mass production factory .
