金银花挥发油的提取及包合工艺研究

摘要：本研究考察兽用双黄连滴丸中金银花挥发油的最佳提取工艺和B-环糊精的最佳包合工艺。采用正交试验设计，以金银花挥发油得率为指标优选提取工艺；以金银花挥发油包合物的产率、含油率以及包合率的综合评分为指标优选包合工艺方法。得到金银花挥发油的最佳提取工艺为浸泡时间为2h，提取时间5h，加水量为8倍条件；金银花挥发油β-环糊精最佳包合工艺为油∶β-环糊精1∶6,包合温度60℃,恒温搅拌时间60min。通过验证所得所选提取工艺提油率高, 包合效果好。

Abstract:

To study optimum condition of extraction and inclusion process for the volatity oil from Honeysuckble, by orthogonal design, the process condition was studied by determing the extraction rate of volatity oil from Honeysuckble as the index of extracting technology; the comprehensive score of the ration of inclusion ,containing oil and the oiling-bearing from the inclusion as the index of the inclusion process.As the result,the optimum condition for extracting and inclusion of volatity oil from Honeysuckble was established as: the volatile oil of Honeysuckle is most when soak time is 2h ,extraction time is 10 h, and the water volume is eight times . Moreover, the optimum condition of Honeysuckle volatile oil inclusion is proportion of oil: β -CD is 1:6,inclusion time is 60min and inclusion temperature is at 60℃.
