露水草提取物质量标准的研究

摘要:目的 建立露水草提取物的质量标准。方法 用紫外分光光度法,在242nm±2nm处进行最大吸收的鉴别;用薄层色谱法对其主要成分β-蜕皮激素进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定露水草提取物中β-蜕皮激素的含量,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(1 :2 :4),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为243nm,柱温为35℃,理论塔板数不低于2500。结果薄层色谱无干扰,专属性强;β-蜕皮激素质量浓度在0.6~4.2mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.99997,加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)。结论 所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于露水草提取物的质量控制。

Abstract:
Abstract : Objective To establish the quality standard for Extractum Cyanotis Vaga siccus .Methods beta-Hydroxyecdysone were indentified by TLC,and beta-Hydroxyecdysone was determined by HPLC. Results beta-Hydroxyecdysone could be indentified by TLC. The linear range of beta-Hydroxyecdysone was 0.6~4.2mg/mL (r=0.99997).The recovery rate was 0.2% (n=7). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, with high specificity and good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Extractum Cyanotis Vaga siccus.
