摘要:采用分子印迹技术,以α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,合成了对头孢噻肟具有选择结合能力的分子印迹聚合物。将制备的块状聚合物研磨过筛后,运用平衡结合试验研究了头孢噻肟分子印迹聚合物的结合性质。在所研究的浓度范围内,头孢噻肟分子印迹聚合物与相应的非模板聚合物相比,表现出很高的结合容量。底物选择性实验表明:与其他结构相似的药物相比,头孢噻肟分子印迹聚合物对头孢噻肟显示了很强的结合能力。 |

Abstract: A kind of molecular imprinted polymer was prepared using Cefotaxime as the template molecule , MAA as functional monomer .The bulk polymer was ground up sieved and investigated in equilibrium binding experiment to evaluate the binding characteristic of the cefotaxime-imprinted polymer . The polymer gave much higher binding capacity for cefotaxime than the non-imprinted polymer.The selectivity was evaluated by cefotaxime and other compounds with similar structure .The results showed that the imprinted polymer exhibited high affinity for cefotaxime among the texted compounds . |
