本文通过采用氧电极技术研究药物浓度与线粒体呼吸控制率(RCR)关系。及测定线粒体呼吸过程中无机磷浓度的变化量两种方法,研究新合成的5个邻羟基苯磺酰苯胺类有机化合物的活性。结果表明,他们在较低浓度范围内有较强的解偶联活性。 |
