摘要:

菌种保藏工作中综述了在有关于细菌鉴定的方法，包括传统方法、仪器的自动化鉴定、分子生物学方法。主要阐述了目前行业内使用的各种细菌鉴定方法，并简述了各种方法的原理，对其中一些方法的优缺点进行了简析。

This paper summarized the fundamental principle, relative merits of the methods of bacterial identification that applied in the program of culture collection today.
