仔猪痢清口服液的急性毒性实验研究

摘要:

为了了解仔猪痢清口服液在使用过程中的安全性，参照“兽药试验技术规范汇编”选用小白鼠进行急性毒性试验，观察了仔猪痢清口服液的急性毒性。试验结果表明，灌胃给药的最大剂量已达22.50g/Kg（生药），腹腔注射给药的最大剂量已达8.65g/Kg（生药），结果显示没有对小鼠造成任何可见的毒性反应，判定为实际无毒，表明仔猪痢清口服液是一种安全的中草药制剂。

Abstract:

In Order to observe the applied reliability of the Zhizhuliqing oral liquid ,the test was conducted in accordance with the animal drug technological specification compile of Ministry of Agriculture,the acute toxicity was studied in this research.The results showed that this medicine dosage was as much 22.50g/Kg by fill the stomach and medicine dosage was as much 8.65g/Kg by celiac injection,but we were not found any toxicity reaction.Results showed that the Zhizhuliqing oral liquid was a safe Chinese herbal medicine agent.
