由广东多个地区猪及禽类养殖场采集疑似大肠杆菌病病料,分离出猪源及禽源大肠杆菌共71株。血清型鉴定实验确定52株的血清型,其中猪源大肠杆菌28株,优势血清型为O101及O157,这两种血清型分别占25%与17.9%;禽源大肠杆菌24株,优势血清型为O119,占62.4%。选用10种抗生素试纸进行药敏试验(庆大霉素、复方新诺明、氟哌酸、红霉素、羧苄青霉素、头孢氨苄、青霉素G、氯霉素、氨苄青霉素、丁胺卡那霉素),结果表明实验菌株耐药性程度较高,两种来源的大肠杆菌均有7种药物的耐药性在70%以上,其中对青霉素G、羧苄青霉素、氨苄青霉素、复方新诺明、红霉素等5种药物的耐药率已达90%以上,而敏感率在20%或以上的仅包括庆大霉素、头孢氨苄、丁胺卡那霉素等3种。本研究同时比较近年来我国部分地区动物源性大肠杆菌对常见抗生素耐药性的变化,分析耐药率的波动,为临床药物使用提供指引。 |

Abstract: |
A total of seventy-one strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from samples of swine and avian farms in Guangdong, and fifty-two strains were confirmed by serological test. Twenty-eighty strains were identified as swine source E.coli with 25% O101 as prevalent serological type, and twenty-four strains were identified as avian source E.coli with 62.4% O119. The antibiotic susceptibility test was performed on 10 antibiotis, Gentamicin,Sulfamethoxazole,Norfloxacin Capsules, Roxithromycin, Ampicloxacillin, CefazolinSodium, Penicillin G sodium salt, Chloramphenicol, Ampicillin and Amikacin, and the results indicated that most of the strains shown drug resistance to the antibiotics. |
