摘要:

呋喃西林是一种人工合成的广谱抗菌药，本文主要对其基本性质、代谢状况、检测限量要求以及现有检测方法现状作一一概述，结合市场需求，指出了今后该药物残留快速检测技术发展的方向。

Abstract:

Nitrofurazone is a broad-spectrum antibiotic employed in animal production. In this article, basic properties, metabolic characters and MRLs are covered. Particularly, methods for the determination of its residue are discussed. Besides, future development of the rapid inspection technology for the determination of nitrofurazone is pointed out according to current demand of the market.
