新三嗪化合物的合成及其抗球虫活性研究

摘要:
以对羟基苯胺为原料经重氮化偶联、闭环、水解、脱羧得中间体,再经Ullmann反应制得五个新三嗪化合物。并在饲料中以30mg/kg的添加剂量进行了化合物的抗球虫活性研究。结果表明,其中2个化合物的抗球虫活性属高效范围。

Abstract:
Five new compounds of triazines were synthesized from 4-hydroxyaniline by diazotization- coupling reaction,cyclization,hydrolysis,decarboxylation and Ullmann condensation reaction. And study on anticoccidial activity of the compounds in the feed by the 30mg/kg dosage. The result showed that two compounds had good anticoccidial activity.
