在现代制药生产过程中，供应商的作用越发重要。本文介绍了从基本经营资质评估、价格评估、质量与质量管理评估等方面对供应商进行选择，并介绍了如何对已选定的供应商进行动态管理。

Abstract:

Suppliers become more and more important with the development of the modern drug producing process, so how to select a supplier and how to manage the selected suppliers have become an important issue. The purposes of this article are: (1) to introduce how to select a supplier according to the assessment of the basic business qualification, price, and quality and quality control of the supplier etc; (2) to introduce how to carry dynamic management to the suppliers who have been selected.
