摘要 建立了癸氧喹酯溶液含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Zorbax Eclipse C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-冰乙酸(45:55:0.1)溶液(用三乙胺调pH值至7.0,每1000mL再加入1.0g硝酸钙)为流动相,检测波长267nm,流速为1.0mL/min,外标法定量。该方法最低检测限为0.05mg/mL,在1~100µg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9999),平均回收率99.67%,可用于癸氧喹酯溶液的含量测定。

Abstract: |
Abstract A HPLC method has been established for the determination of decoquinate solution. A Zorbax Eclipse C18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5µm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile- glacial acetic acid (45:55:0.1)( to adjust pH=7.0 by triethylamine and then adding 1g calcium nitrate per 1L mobile phase),at the detection wavelength of 267nm ,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The quantification was carried out by the external standard method. The limit of detection of the method was 0.05µg/mL. The calibration curves have good linear within 1-100 µg/mL (r2=0.9999). The average recovery of decoquinate was 99.67%. The all results were shown that the HPLC method may be used for the determination of decoquinate solution. |
