| 兽药GSP是《兽药管理条例》确立的新制度、新要求，是兽药经营管理的技术标杆，要求申请通过GSP验收对于众多没有经验的基层兽药经营服务部来说却是个耗时耗力，无头绪，又没有把握保证通过验收的一项新工作。由于我省已走在了行业规范发展的前列，2006年作为全省县级GSP试点单位，我市畜牧兽医站门诊部率先开展试点工作，并顺利通过验收，2007年又启动了乡镇兽药经营单位的GSP试点工作。在申请兽药GSP验收的准备过程中，积累了一定的经验，本文旨在将我市兽药GSP试点过程中的一些做法和经验整理出来，提供给广大基层申请GSP试点的单位，希望给他们一些思路和启发。 |

| Abstract: Based on the new amended Regulation of Animal Drug Administration, since Nov. 2009, the veterinary drug managing enterprises failing the inspection of veterinary GSP can’t supply veterinary drug. The Ministry of Agriculture declared that the enterprises getting the Veterinary Drug License must finish the transformation and acceptance of veterinary GSP before the 31th Oct. 2009. Jiangsu has been first pilot site implementing veterinary GSP from 2005. Now, in the city of Yizheng, there have been three veterinary drug managing enterprises, which have been remoulded successfully and accepted by province. This article summarized some practices and experiences in the process on trail to help other managing enterprises accomplish the transformation and acceptance of GSP. |
