| 摘要 : 目的 确定兽用双黄连滴丸的制备工艺。 方法 以PEG4000、PEG6000为辅料制备兽用双黄连滴丸，并以正交试验法考察滴制温度、基质-提取物比例等因素对工艺的影响。结果兽用双黄连滴丸的优化工艺条件为: 基质种类为PEG6000, 滴制温度为90℃，基质比为1：1.5。结论 本法确定的兽用双黄连滴丸制备工艺稳定可行。 |

| Abstract:Objective To optimiminized the preparation condition of veterinary shuanghuanglian Dropping pill. Methods The technique of preparation drop pill were optimized by orthogonal test. Results The optimized technique to prepare veterinary shuanghuanglian Dropping pills:PEG6000， pill-producing temperature was 90℃，the Proportion of medicine and matrix was l:1.5.Conclue:The results provide that the date foe the ascertainment of shaping of veterinary shuanghuanglian Dropping pills at the manufacturing scale. |
