藏药材抗新城疫病毒的体外试验研究

摘要:
为筛选抗新城疫病毒藏药复方的组分药,将安全浓度范围内的藏菖蒲、红景天、灵芝菌柄、灵芝菌盖、决明子、天冬、龙胆、降香、乳香、仁青芒觉、二十五味松石丸和二十五味珍珠丸的煎液和鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)分别以3种方式(先加藏药后接种病毒、先接种病毒后加藏药、藏药和病毒感作后同时加)加入到鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)的培养体系中,用MTT法测定各藏药对NDV感染CEF能力的影响。结果表明:多数藏药均能显著抑制NDV感染细胞,且与加药方式和药物浓度有一定关系。藏菖蒲、灵芝菌盖和降香在3种加药方式中均呈现显著效果,可作为抗NDV藏药复方的组分药

Study on the anti- NDV effects of Tibetan herbal medicines in edicines in vitro

Abstract:
In order to select the component drugs of Tibetan herbal medicinal prescriptions resisting new castle disease virus (NDV), the decoctions of twelve Tibetan herbal medicines (THMs), Tibetan acorus calamus, Integripetal rhodiola herb, Gyrophora stipe, Gyrophora pileus Cassia seed, Cochinchinese asparagus root, Gentian, Lignum acronylchiae, Libanotus, Renqingmangjue, Ershiwuwei songshi wan and Ershiwuwei zhenzhu wan within cellular safety concentrations and NDV were added into chick embryo fibroblast (CEF) in three ways (pre-, post- and mixed-administration). The effects of THMs on cellular infectivity of NDV were assayed by MTT method. The results showed that most of the THMs could inhibit NDV to infect CEF significantly, which was related to the administration mode and drug concentrations. Tibetan acorus calamus, Lignum acronylchiae Gyrophora pileus and Gyrophora pileus Lignum acronylchiae presented better effects in three adding mode and could be considered as component drugs of anti-NDV Tibetan herbal medicinal prescription.
