对重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗（H5N1亚型，Re-1株）对家禽免疫效果方面的调研

摘要:

2006-2007年，通过检测免疫注射H5N1重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗（Re-1株）后3-4周的444个鸡场、66个鸭场和28个鹅场共计16140份血清中H5亚型禽流感血凝抑制抗体水平，比较A、B、C、D、E5个不同厂家的疫苗对鸡、鸭、鹅免疫效果。结果显示：重组禽流感灭活疫苗（H5N1亚型，Re-1株）对鸡的免疫效果明显好于鸭和鹅；不同厂家疫苗质量和免疫效果有差异，其中A厂疫苗质量和免疫效果最好。

Abstract:

With the aim of comparing the immunity efficacy of recombinant inactivated vaccine(H5N1,Re-1strain）supplied by five different manufacturers (A,B,C,D,E) for chicken, duck or goose. 2006-2007, 16410 poultry serums collected from 444 chicken flocks, 66 duck flocks, and 28 goose flocks that had been immunized with recombinant inactivated vaccine (subtype H5N1, Re-1 strain) for 3-4 weeks were detected for the antibody titer of H5 AIV. The result show that the immunity efficacy of recombinant vaccine (subtype H5N1 Re-1 strain) for chicken is significantly better than for duck and goose, and the quality and immunity efficacy of vaccines are different from those five manufacturers, and the A factory’s vaccine is the best.
