| 采用紫外分光光度法测定扑草净粉中扑草净的含量，以221nm为测定波长。方法的线性范围为0.4～8.0μg/ml,相关系数（r）为0.9906，回收率为99.28％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.47％。本方法简便快捷，具有良好的准确度和精密度,可用于扑草净粉的质量监控。 |

| The content of prometryne was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The detection wavelength was 221nm.The linear range of method is 0.4～8.0μg/ml , Coefficient of correlation(r) is 0.9906.The average recovery is 99.28% and Relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.47 %.The method is rapid,simple and reliable for the quality control of prometryne poweder. |
