鸡大肠埃希氏菌灭活疫苗生产工艺改进试验

摘要:
为解决鸡大肠埃希氏菌灭活疫苗生产时培养菌数低、使用时免疫反应重的问题,在EC24、EC30、EC45、EC50发酵培养中加入0.43~0.53%葡萄糖,试验组和对照组相比培养菌数增加了40.8%、疫苗产量增加了32%、降低了生产成本。采用高速离心方法排除了菌液中的毒素、减少了疫苗的副作用,蛋鸡免疫试验苗后产蛋率比免疫常规疫苗高8.7%。按新工艺试制疫苗4批,安全、效力检验合格,其它各项指标检验均能达到国家标准。

Abstract:
In order to solve the problems that the amount of avian E.coli is few and the immune reaction is too strong, when produced and used the inactivated vaccine, 0.43~0.53% glucose was put in ferment culture of avian E.coli Ec24 Ec30 Ec45 Ec50. In this case, the quantity of bacteria increased 40.8%, the output of the vaccine improved 32%compared with the control group, the production cost was reduced. By making use of centrifugal method at high speed to produce the vaccine, the bacteria toxin was eliminated, the vaccine was free from side effect, and the laying rate of immunized chickens is 8.7% higher than the chickens that used common vaccine. According to this new craft, 4 batches experimental vaccine were produced, and when they were examined for safety and potency, the results were all up to standard. Other results all came up to national standard.
