| 摘要: |
| 为了证明益生菌候选菌株具有益生特性，将筛选的鲤鱼源粪肠球菌YL-1进行体外抑菌试验，结果发现YL-1对病原菌嗜水气单胞菌有较强的抑菌作用；而通过对YL-1上清液热处理，蛋白酶处理，中和酸等方式进行分析发现，其抑菌物质主要是对有机酸和胰蛋白酶敏感的一类物质。

| Bacteriostasis test for supernate were done for selecting carp Enterococcus faecalis YL-1 in order to prove probiotics benefit. The result showed that YL-1 had strongly bacteriostasis to pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila; through heat treatment, protease treatment and neutralization acid to supernate bacteriostasis material, the result could displayed that its bacteriostasis material mainly played the main role to a kind of substance which was sensitive to organic acids and trypsinase. |
