三七总皂苷的溶血性及体外生物免疫活性研究

摘要:
[摘 要]  目的:研究三七总皂苷(PNS)的溶血性及体外生物免疫活性。方法:乙醇回流法提取PNS粗提物,经有机溶剂除杂后,通过大孔树脂柱层析分离纯化;溶血性试验测定PNS作用后红细胞的溶血率;脾淋巴细胞增殖反应测定PNS的生物免疫活性。结果: PNS的半数溶血率HD50大于4mg•ml-1;体外显著促进了刀豆蛋白(Con A)和脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。结论:PNS安全性好,体外免疫活性较强。

Abstract:
Abstract Objective: Studying on the haemolyticus and biologic immunocompetence of biology of total saponins of panax notognseng(PNS) in vitro . Methods: PNS was got by extracting panax notognseng with general method of alcohol circumfluence, purified with organic solvents, and separated with D101 macroreticular resin. The hematolysis rate and the immunocompetence of biology of PNS were determined by hemolysis test and experiment of splenocyte proliferation respectively. Results: The HD50 of PNS was higher than 4mg•ml-1 , and PNS significantly increased concanavalin A(Con A) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated splenocyte proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner in vitro. Conclusion: PNS is safe and able to increase cellular and humoral response in vitro.
