高效毛细管电泳法测定兽用注射用青霉素钾的含量

摘要:
摘要 本文研究了测定兽用注射用青霉素钾含量的高效毛细管电泳方法,优化了高效毛细管电泳法检测青霉素的电泳条件,运行缓冲液为PH7.8(6MHCL调)的30mmol/L硼砂溶液,青霉素峰形尖锐,浓度与峰面积在0.04~0.2mg/ml范围内线性良好,相关系数达0.9971。

Abstract:
Abstract: This paper has study on Penicillin potassium salt injection for animals by High Performance Capillary Chromatography. The condition of High Performance Capillary Chromatography were optimized, the buffer was 30mmol/L sodium tetraborate buffer adjusted to pH 7.8 with 6mol/L hydrochloric acid, In this condition peak shape was good, The liner range was 0.04~0.2mg/mL,and the coefficients were 0.9971.
