摘要:本试验采用试管二倍稀释法测定了32种常用渔药对本实验室分离鉴定的一株大黄鱼致病菌-哈维氏弧菌GYC1108-1的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。其中中草药7种,抗菌药8种,常用水体消毒剂17种。结果表明:7种中草药对受试菌GYC1108-1的MIC介于0.039 mg/L ~625 mg/L,MBC介于0.078 mg/L~1250 mg/L;8种抗菌药对该菌的MIC介于0.078 mg/L ~1.25 mg/L,MBC介于0.156 mg/L~2.5 mg/L;17种水产用水体消毒剂对该菌的MIC介于0.062 mg/L~3.125 mg/L,MBC介于0.078 mg/L ~6.25 mg/L。结果显示这些渔药都有较好的抗菌效果。本实验测定的这些数据,不仅对养殖户防治大黄鱼的哈维氏弧菌病有很好的临床指导作用,还为防治其它的鱼病起到一定的借鉴作用。 |

Abstract The inhibition effect of 32 fish drugs on V .harveyi GYC1108-1 in vitro was studied by the method of doubling dilution in test tube.The pathhogenic bacteria GYC1108-1was isolated from diseased great yellow croake in Zhejiang province in 2003. We tested minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and minimal bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) of the 32 fish drugs. There are 7 Chinese medicinal herbs, 8 antibiotics, 17 disinfectors for water. The results showed that the MICs of 7 Chinese medicinal herbs on GYC1108-1 were between 0.039 mg/L ~625 mg/L, MBCs were between 0.078 mg/L~1250 mg/L. The MICs of 8 antibiotics on GYC1108-1 were between 0.078 mg/L ~1.25 mg/L,MBCs were between 0.156 mg/L~2.5 mg/L. The MICs of 17 disinfectors for water on GYC1108-1 were between 0.062 mg/L~3.125 mg/L,MBCs were between 0.078 mg/L~6.25 mg/L. So these fish drugs all show the better effect in prevention and treatment on V .harveyi GYC1108-1. These data we mensurated not only offer the clinic directive function about prevention and cure V .harvey of great yellow croake for culturist, but also offer the help about prevention and cure other diseases of fish. |
