摘要:产β-内酰胺酶是大肠埃希氏菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药的主要机制。本文主要综述大肠埃希氏菌产ESBLs、AmpCβ-内酰胺酶的分类及各类型酶对β-内酰胺类抗生素产生耐药性的机制。 |
