摘要:

兽药适口性的评价常用自愿接受试验和偏好性试验。在适口性评价中,多个因素可能会影响结果,例如研究对象、试验方案和清除期等。通过对犬用口服药物适口性评价方法及其影响因素进行综述,分析自愿接受试验和偏好性试验的利弊,剖析影响结果的因素,为相关人员适口性研究的设计、实施和评价提供理论依据,便于更准确的判断兽药产品的适口性。

Abstract:

The palatability evaluation of veterinary drugs commonly involves voluntary acceptance test and preference test. In the palatability evaluation, multiple factors may affect the results, such as study subject, trial protocol, and clearance period. By reviewing the methods and influencing factors of palatability evaluation for canine oral drugs, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of voluntary acceptance test and preference test, and analyzing the factors that affect the results, it will provide a theoretical basis for relevant personnel to design, implement and evaluate palatability, and facilitate more accurate palatability evaluation of veterinary drugs.
