药物代谢动力学研究在新药发现、药物临床前和临床研究中发挥重要作用,基于血浆药物浓度的经典药物代谢动力学研究以血浆生物样本中的药物测定为基础,通过建立数学模型描述或预测药物的体内过程,但基于血浆药物浓度的经典药代动力学研究难以完全解释部分兽药在一些特定靶组织的疗效,出现药动学/药效学不相关的现象。细胞药代动力学将定量药理学精细至细胞层面,研究药物在细胞尺度的动态过程,以期为今后兽药的开发、评估及使用提供科学依据和指导意义。本文对当前细胞药代动力学研究技术进展及在兽医药理学领域发展前景进行综述。 |

Prospects for the Research of Cellular Pharmacokinetics in Veterinary Pharmacology |

Abstract: |
Pharmacokinetic studies play a crucial role in new drug discovery, as well as in preclinical and clinical research. Classical pharmacokinetic studies, based on plasma drug concentrations, rely on measuring drug levels in plasma biosamples and use mathematical models to describe or predict the pharmacokinetic processes of the drug. However, classical pharmacokinetic studies based on plasma drug concentrations often fail to fully explain the efficacy of certain veterinary drugs in specific target tissues, leading to discrepancies between pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Cellular pharmacokinetics refines quantitative pharmacology to the cellular level, investigating the dynamic processes of drugs at the cellular scale, with the aim of providing a scientific basis and guidance for the development, evaluation, and use of veterinary drugs in the future. This paper reviews the current technological advancements in cellular pharmacokinetic research and its prospects for development in the field of veterinary pharmacology. |
