摘要:

口服给药是易被犬接受的给药途径之一。适口性高的口服药物,提高治疗的依从性,确保治疗效果。犬用口服药物的适口性受产品的气味、味道、剂型、物理特性(质地、硬度、形状、大小、颜色等)以及制备工艺等多个因素的影响。综述影响犬口服药物适口性的相关因素,为探索提高适口性的方法提供依据。

Abstract:

Oral administration is one of the easily accepted delivery routes for canine. Oral medications with high palatability can improve treatment compliance and ensure treatment effectiveness. The palatability of oral medications for canine is influenced by multiple factors such as the odor, taste, dosage form, physical properties (texture, hardness, shape, size, color, etc), and preparation process of the medications. Summarize the relevant factors affecting the palatability of oral medications for canine, providing a basis for exploring methods to improve palatability.
