清肺颗粒质量标准的研究

摘要:

对清肺颗粒质量标准进行研究。采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对清肺颗粒中板蓝根、贝母、桔梗、甘草定性鉴别研究，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）对清肺颗粒中槲皮素-3-o-β-D-葡萄糖-7-o-β-D-龙胆双糖苷进行含量测定。结果显示，TLC鉴别各组分条带斑点清晰，具有专属性，阴性对照无干扰。建立HPLC含量测定方法，槲皮素-3-o-β-D-葡萄糖-7-o-β-D-龙胆双糖苷在1～12.5 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈线性关系良好（R2＝0.9998），平均回收率为98.6%，RSD为0.44%。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好，可作用于清肺颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:

To study the quality standard of qingfei granules and provide the basis for its quality standard.Qualitative identification of Radix Isatidis, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, Radix Platycodi, and Radix Glycyrrhizae in Qingfei Granules was studied by TLC, and the content of quercetin -3-o-β-D- glucose -7-o-β-D- gentiopicroside in Qingfei Granules was determined by HPLC.The results showed that the striped spots in each group of TLC identification were clear and specific, and the negative control had no interference.An HPLC method was established for the determination of quercetin -3-o-β-D- glucose -7-o-β-D- gentiopicroside. The linear relationship with peak area was good in the range of 1–1～12.5 μg/mL （R2＝0.9998）, and the average recovery was 98.6%, with RSD of 0.44%. The method is simple, sensitive and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Granules.
