氟苯尼考增溶方法的研究进展

摘要:
氟苯尼考抗菌谱广且安全有效,已经广泛使用于畜牧业和水产养殖业中。但是,氟苯尼考在水中的溶解度极低,限制了其在动物临床的使用。近年来,研究学者采用各种物理或化学方法来改善氟苯尼考的溶解度而提高其生物利用度。本文通过对大量文献的分析与总结,主要介绍了以下几种改善氟苯尼考溶解度的方法,以期为更好地开发氟苯尼考制剂提供一定的参考价值。

Advances on Improving the Solubility of Florfenicol

Abstract:
As a safe and broad-spectrum antimicrobial drug, florfenicol had been widely used in aquaculture and livestock. However, the solubility of florfenicol in water was very low, which limited its clinical usage. Different kinds of physical or chemical methods had been developed to improve the solubility and bioavalibility of florfenicol in recent years. In this paper, the current solubilization development of florfenicol was reviewed through the summary and ananlysis of plenty of literatures. This paper could also provide a reference for the preparation of florfenicol.
