| 山羊痘病毒能引起山羊和绵羊恶性痘病，病羊死亡率高，会并造成严重的经济损失。本文从山羊痘病毒分离鉴定、电镜观察、ELISA试验、琼脂扩散试验、免疫荧光抗体试验、PCR试验等检测方法进行了综述，旨在为山羊痘病毒的实验室诊断提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Goat pox virus can cause goat and sheep malignancies, resulting in serious economic losses. This paper reviews the progress on the detection methods of goat pox virus including virus isolation and identification, electron microscopy, ELISA test, agar diffusion test, immuno- fluorescence antibody test, PCR test, and so on. We hope the review can make some refferences for experimental diagnosises of goat pox virus. |
