中药防治鸡大肠杆菌病的研究进展

摘要:

利用中药防治鸡大肠杆菌病已成为近几年兽医药界研究的热点，并得到广泛认可。检索国内外相关文献，从中药作用机理、试验研究和临床实践三个方面进行综述，分析在研究和应用过程中存在的问题，并提出加强中药体内抑菌作用、抗炎作用和质粒消除作用机理研究，明确处方作用机理以优化中药配伍，完善中药质量控制体系以增强疗效等建议，为促进中药在防治鸡大肠杆菌病中的广泛应用提供资料参考。

Abstract:

Using Chinese materia medica to prevent and treat Chicken Colibacillosis has become a focus in the fields of veterinary in recent years and has been widely recognized. In this paper, the mechanism of Chinese materia medica, experimental study and clinical practice were summarized through consulting the domestic and foreign literature. Analyze the problems of research and application. Propose that we should enhance the research of antibacterial effect in vivo, anti-inflammatory effect and plasmid elimination effect. We’d better make the mechanism clear to optimize the prescription compatibility and improve the quality control system in order to enhance curative effect. We hope that Chinese materia medica can be widely used in prevention and control of Chicken Colibacillosis.
