摘要:

考察五加芪粉对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖功能和抗体形成细胞的影响,为临床应用提供理论依据。设不同剂量的(60、120、240mg/kg?d_-1)五加芪粉组,同时设黄芪多糖粉对照组和空白对照组。连续灌胃7日后,无菌取小鼠脾脏,制备脾淋巴细胞,采用MTT法检测小鼠淋巴细胞增殖功能,定量溶血分光光度(QHS)法测定小鼠抗体形成细胞。结果显示：五加芪粉中、高剂量组可显著或极显著的提高小鼠淋巴细胞的吸光度值(0.01

Abstract:

To explore the effect of Wujiaqi powder on lymphocyte proliferation and antibody cells forming of mice in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical application．Three groups(60, 120, 240 mg/kg?d_-1) of Wujiaqi powder, the astragalin polysaccharides and blank control group were divided up. After intragastrically administrated for 7 days, mouse spleen cells were prepared by aseptic separation, MTT assay the proliferations of T lymphocytes, using quantitative hematolytic spectrophotometric determination(QHS)to analyze the contents antibody forming cells.
