替米考星肠溶颗粒对猪的安全性试验

摘要:

为客观评价替米考星肠溶颗粒临床应用于猪的安全性，本试验选取40头25日龄健康三元杂交猪，随机将其分成4组，每组10头，分别以1倍、3倍、5倍推荐剂量的替米考星肠溶颗粒拌料给药45天，试验期内对受试猪进行血常规、血凝、血生化、尿常规、增重、料重比、脏器系数等指标的测定及病理学检查。结果显示，替米考星肠溶颗粒对受试猪的血液学指标、尿液指标、主要生产性能等各个方面均未造成明显的影响，说明替米考星肠溶颗粒毒性小，以5倍推荐剂量（2000 g/1000 kg）临床应用于猪是安全的。

Abstract:

To evaluate the safety of enteric-coated tilmicosin pellets in swine, forty 25-day old piglets were selected and divided occasionally into 4 groups, 10 piglets each group, and fed one fold of recommended dose, three folds of recommended dose and five folds of recommended dose of enteric-coated tilmicosin pellets which were added to pig feed for 45 consecutive days, respectively. The complete blood count, blood coagulation test, blood biochemical test, urinalysis, gain in body weight, ratio of feed and body gain, organ coefficient and histopathological examinations were performed during the experiment. The results showed that the enteric-coated tilmicosin pellets had no obvious damages on piglets, and the enteric-coated tilmicosin pellets are safe to be used in swine under the five folds of recommended dosage (2000g/1000kg)．
