| 目前国内外的猪瘟ELISA抗体检测试剂盒种类繁多，为了给实际使用提供参考依据，用猪瘟病毒阴性、弱阳性、强阳性血清参考品为标尺，比较14种国内外猪瘟病毒ELISA抗体检测试剂盒的符合率。结果表明，6种阻断ELISA试剂盒符合率均可达到100％，在敏感性和特异性上整体优于间接ELISA试剂盒。 |

| Comparable Experiments of CSFV ELISA Antibody Detection Kits |

| There was a wide variety of domestic and foreign CSFV ELISA antibody detection kits to choose from in market. In order to offer a useful reference for actually using, negative, weak positive and positive antisera of CSFV were yardsticks by which to compare coincidence rate of 14 domestic and foreign CSFV ELISA antibody detection kits. The results showed that coincidence rates of 6 blocking ELISA kits were 100%. As a whole, the blocking ELISA kits were more sensitive and specific than indirect ELISA kits. |
