建立了复合维生素B注射液中4种维生素的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和三乙胺-冰醋酸-甲醇-0.015 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠(0.2∶7.5∶75∶820)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温30 ℃,进样量20 μL。结果表明,核黄素磷酸钠、烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B1分别在10~100、150~1500、10~100、100~1000 μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数R2均为1.0000;平均回收率为99.5%~100.6%。本方法操作简便、结果准确可靠,可用于复合维生素B注射液中核黄素磷酸钠、烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B1含量的同时测定。 |

Abstract: |
A method for assaying four vitamins of compound vitamin B injection was established by high performance liquid chromatography method, the mobile phase consisted of methanol and triethylamine-acetic acid-methanol-0.015 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate (0.2∶7.5∶75∶820). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 280 nm. The method proved to be linear in a range of 10~100 μg/mL、150~1500 μg/mL、10~100 μg/mL、100~1000 μg/mL for riboflavin sodium phosphate, nicotinamide, VitB6 and VitB1, respectively. The correlation coefficients were all 1.0000. The average recovery rates were 99.5%~100.6%. The method was simple, accurate, and can be used for the determination of content of four vitamins of compound vitamin B injection. |
