Abstract: |
In order to provide reference for research of genetic engineering live vector vaccines in China, this paper reviews most of the viral-vector based antigen delivery systems (ADSs) recently developed for vaccine testing in veterinary species, including DNA and RNA viral vectors such as poxvirus vectors, herpesvirus vectors, adenovirus vectors, baculovirus vectors, paramyxovirus vectors, rhabdovirus vectors, alphavirus vectors, coronavirus vectors, retrovirus vectors, flavivirus vectors. |
