饲喂十字花科类植物对生鲜牛乳中硫氰酸钠含量的影响研究

摘要:
为确定饲喂十字花科类植物对生鲜牛乳中硫氰酸钠含量的影响,选取20头健康产奶乳牛分4组进行了饲喂对照试验。各组除青饲料外都饲喂相同的日粮,使用相同的饲养条件,按所喂不同青饲料分别分为空白对照组,卷心菜叶组,花椰菜叶组,以及两倍花椰菜叶组。在排除了组内个体差异和日内差异后,进行了8d的加量饲喂以及17d的停止饲喂体内消除试验得出饲喂十字花科植物对生鲜牛乳中硫氰酸钠含量影响的规律。实验结果表明,饲喂十字花科类植物可使生鲜牛乳中的硫氰酸钠含量上升,饲喂不同类型的十字花科类植物对硫氰酸钠含量的影响程度有所不同,但是饲喂十字花科类植物不是影响生鲜牛乳中硫氰酸钠含量的唯一因素。

Abstract:
To determine the effect of sodium thiocyanate concentration in raw milk by feeding cruciferous plants, 20 healthy cow were selected and divided into 4 groups. The same feed was used in each group except for the vegetables. Group A was fed with no vegetable. Group B was fed with 2.5kg cabbage per meal. Group C was fed with 2.5kg broccoli per meal. Group D was fed with 5kg broccoli per meal. After the diversity between the cow in same group and the fluctuation during the day were eliminated, the feeding experiment and the elimination test were taken. The results showed that feeding cruciferous plants would improve the sodium thiocyanate concentration in raw milk, and the effect was different due to the different kinds of the plants, but feeding cruciferous plants was not the only factor.
