摘要:

为优化鸡减蛋综合征相关多联灭活疫苗的生产工艺，利用Pellicon切向流超滤系统，将制备的鸡减蛋综合征病毒液6.5倍浓缩，0.1%（V/V）甲醛灭活。将抗原液用灭菌生理盐水进行1∶8、1∶16、1∶32、1∶64、1∶128、1∶256稀释，按照常规生产工艺规程分别制备灭活疫苗，免疫21日龄SPF雏鸡。21d后翅静脉采血，HI试验检测免疫鸡的抗体水平。结果显示，免疫鸡HI抗体效价几何平均值均不低于7.0log2，符合鸡减蛋综合征灭活疫苗质量标准要求。

Abstract:

Pellicon tangential flow ultrafiltration system was utilized for optimizing the production process of the chicken egg drop syndrome (EDS)-related inactivated vaccine for chicken by 6.5-fold concentration of the egg drop syndrome virus solution, 0.1%（V/V）formaldehyde inactivated. 1∶8, 1∶16, 1∶32, 1∶64, 1∶128, 1∶256 dilution of the antigen solution with sterile saline were prepared in accordance with the conventional technological process of production of inactivated vaccine. 21-day-old SPF chickens were immunized with these vaccines and blooded from the wing vein 21 days later. The antibody titers were detected by HI test. The results showed that the HI titers of the immunized chickens were no less than 7.0log2, in line with the chicken egg drop syndrome inactivated vaccine quality standards.
