| Since its discovery of the function of protein transduction, cell-penetrating peptides (CPP) provides a novel approach for gene therapy and new-type vaccine . The recent studies on its species ,structure ,membrane-penetrating mechanisms and applications were reviewed in this paper and discuss its developments of research and the prospects of application in the DNA vaccine and tumour vaccine. |
